Had nice stay for a one night after arriving late from airport, the staff were welcoming, location was unbeatable and close to downtown Nashville. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Everything was great, impressive and huge room with the whirlpool tub.

Nice people at the reception.
The room smelled damp and musty and was very dark. Сouldn't open any windows. The sofa wasn't made, we should have made it ourselves, so we changed rooms. This room also smelled musty and could not be ventilated.

This place is nice, and has free wi-fi, a fitness center, and really good 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helping me with a phone charger during my first stay. Highly recommend staying here!

A range of issues detracted from the experience, several pieces of gym equipment were out of order . The washer was out of commission, disappointing, particularly for longer stays. Stains on the couch and microwave indicated that cleanliness needs to be addressed as well, leaving a lingering question about the overall upkeep.
